  • Used filters or consumables are not eligible for return unless defective.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period:

  • Contact us at support@gczstore.com with your order number and photos/videos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used HEPA filters, aroma pads, and consumables

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Gift cards

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • For quality issues: free return label provided

  • For change-of-mind returns: customer pays return shipping
